How it works

  1. Send your plans. Use the form below to upload plans, or a sketch plus a few photos, along with the equipment you want to install. You can also email them to [email protected].
  2. Get your quote and invoice. We email the scope, price and order terms. Reply "I agree" and we send a Square invoice. Pay by card or bank transfer.
  3. Pay, then we start. Work starts once the invoice is paid and we have complete plans and info. Orders after 2 PM ET start the next business day.
  4. Receive your package in 2 business days. Review it, sign as preparer, and submit it with your permit applications.
  5. Revisions. Up to 5 free revisions requested within 30 days of delivery on the same project, each back within 1 business day. If a permit office rejects our paperwork, we fix it free.

Pay for your order

Pay only after we have emailed your quote and you have replied "I agree" to the order terms. Most orders are paid through the Square invoice we email you; these links cover the standard items. Work starts after payment.

Half-price links are for your first order only. Rush and extra-system items are added to your invoice.

Questions

Who signs the paperwork?

The installing contractor. You review the package against the actual job and sign as preparer, under the Florida exemption for licensed contractors who design the systems they install (F.S. 471.003(2)(h)). We prepare the calculations as drafting support. This is not engineering, and the building department makes all approval decisions.

Which counties do you cover?

Residential jobs anywhere in Florida. Tell us the job's city and county so we use the right design temperatures and code. Building departments differ: for example, Pasco asks for Manual J and S on new AC installs, and Hillsborough wants a digitally signed R402 or R405 for new homes and additions. That is why the R402 comes as a signable PDF.

What files do you need from me?
  • Floor plan with dimensions and a north arrow (a PDF, a photo or a hand sketch is fine)
  • Job address, city and county
  • Window sizes and orientation, ceiling heights and insulation levels, or "per plans"
  • Duct location (attic or conditioned space) and air handler location
  • Equipment make and model, or "please recommend", and the number of systems
  • Signing contractor's name and license number, and your need-by date
When does the 2-business-day clock start?

When we have complete plans and information and your invoice is paid. Orders after 2 PM ET start the next business day. Need it sooner? Rush is next business day for $95 if your order and payment are in by 10 AM ET.

What counts as a revision?

One batch of changes to the same project (same house, same address, same scope) sent in one message, such as equipment, windows and doors, insulation values, ceiling heights, room use, a small layout change, duct routing, or names and permit fields. A different address or lot, a different floor plan, an added system or zone, a conditioned-area change over 10%, or new scope such as R405 is a new order. If a permit office rejects our paperwork, we fix it free, and that never counts as a revision.

How do I pay?

By Square invoice, card or bank transfer, due before work starts. Invoices are billed through WCSI LLC for services provided by Sunset Cooling Services (a DBA of All Florida Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC), FL CAC057813.

PDF, JPG, PNG or DWG. Several files are fine, up to 50 MB each. Files go to a private folder that only we can open.

    Questions first?

Email Tom at [email protected] or call (727) 504-4018.

We prepare calculations for review and signature by the installing contractor. Building departments make the final approval decisions. This is not engineering; if your jurisdiction requires a PE seal, we will quote it separately.
